I am a police officer. I have better headlights on my truck, but last year I bought an older Jeep to get to work in bad weather (hurricanes/floods) without worrying about water getting into my truck. Since this is the vehicle they were in I didn't want to spend a lot of money on headlights again. It fits nicely on the windshield and seems to work well. Cables and connectors seem a bit cheap. But this. So I'm not upset and think I definitely got what I paid for. The patterns seem to be sufficient and the light has good brightness. Overall I think this will work great for my purpose and limited use. The only thing I could do is trim the top of the canopy a bit to control the light coming back into the jeep. I'll test it a little earlier and see that there are enough problems with it. Not that I would use it for road work. If it were me, I probably would have for sure. If I encounter any problems I will update. Update: This light is bright, and at night too many bumps came from my almost vertical Jeep windshield. I had a black rubber rim and made a lampshade for the top to fill the gap between the light and the glass. Thats much better. Seems to have come too. So far very satisfied.
