Review on Bristlecone by Danny Poulin

I like that it allows you to track your shipments very easily. It's also easy to check on your customers shipping information as well which I love! As with any software there are things we dislike about it. We've had issues with our account being closed before even reaching their support team. When this happens they don't give us an explanation or solution other than "it was not found in violation of our T&C". The customer service can be hit or miss sometimes but luckily all my questions have been answered professionally and quickly. There isn't anything negative i've come across so far. Their rates are great compared to others and best part - no contracts required!! Great way to keep up with tracking all your shipments from one place!
