I've had my printer for over a year. I love all of Brady's ideas: the ability to print directly from a printer or from a PC with Excel, Access spreadsheets, but . Cartridge and some printer components are not as they should be. I chose the most adhesive cartridge to apply to steel sensors in harsh industrial environments. The glue is really great! Unfortunately, the Brady printer and the cartridges are having problems. After a few months we adjusted to this sensitivity. It takes several times to open and close the cartridge's exit when it refuses to print labels. or printed multiple times instead of once. We have configured that the cartridge cannot be used for up to 500 labels. I'm in the process of proving the need for a cartridge modification as the black film or whatever gets destroyed before it's fully used (carrying heavy materials?). We use a printer and love what it brings to mobile production printing, but plan to use it reliably for many years to come.
