
Guys I've owned gold for about 5 years these are great speakers but their support sucks. One would expect better service from such expensive speakers. First, it's very cumbersome and difficult to set up, and the support services are never in the US, they leave at 3pm EST and never get back to you. These are speakers that need reconfiguration, if someone has made small changes to their network settings, the material on the web is awful and unhelpful, and you can't reach them after 3pm ET, that's unacceptable. Worst of all I had an issue with my dialogue and after waiting about an hour and phoning tech support for another 45 minutes I was told the dialogue wasn't working, there was a problem and there was nothing what they could do. do it like this! Someone accept this nonsense! I think I'll spend my money elsewhere but I like the speakers when they perform as I expected.
