They are suitable for the decorative bells
The photo is accurate but these don't even ring too much. And half the crackers fell out (but I easily put them back in). If you have a project and don't need bells to ring out loud, this is what you need. (Which sometimes can be!) I would return them, but they would have to fit my project. You are not terrible! But I'm not happy with them. I hate giving less than 5 stars but I just had to say.
