The device was completely defective. After receiving a heavy, poorly packaged item, I carried and unpacked it, placed it in a 250-square-foot bedroom, and automatically turned on the cooling at 62 degrees Fahrenheit. The room didn't cool down even after waiting 25 minutes. I called Revain to get my money back. I had to repackage a heavy item and deliver it to the lobby for a courier to pick it up immediately. Needless to say, it was unfair that my time was wasted and inconvenienced by an expensive, useless, heavy and poorly performing device. Apparently it was Revain's #1 bestseller (now highly doubtful).
