Since it's even on I have to give it a star. I'm not sure if it's the fault of the shipping method or the product itself. It was SO loud and rumbled like crazy. I decided to order another unit instead of exchanging it, but whatever happened here, if it was junk before shipping or how it was shipped, it was broken. Strangely, my hard drive also went haywire, so I'm glad I ordered differently.
