This thing works GREAT for getting a thin and nice cut of meat by breaking down tendons and tough fibers. I use it to finely chop chicken breasts for schnitzel, milanese, etc. I also use it to chop up some cuts of beef, e.g. B. a roast for roulades. I'm not a big fan of using the pointed side because it looks like it will spread bacteria (since you can't cover it with cling film/foil/etc) and I'm a bit germ shy haha! But otherwise it's a great tool. Nice and heavy, it cleans up easily in the dishwasher. Highly recommended!
