After many tests, here are some reviews: Advantages: + The mat is magnetic and doesn't lose its strength Disadvantages: - The writing surface simply doesn't stick well. The erasable marker penetrates and saturates the top layer. The glossy top coat comes off when you try to erase the erasable marker. This leads to the first problem (above) - After a while, the edges of the top surface (white mesh) start to separate from the magnetic layer.
