The glass is too thin when I opened the box I was shocked at how cheap and fragile it seemed based on the rave reviews for this jug. I was afraid it would eventually break as many bad reviews say. But I wanted to give him a fair chance. I bought it to store infused amniotic fluid. Washed once by hand, used twice with rinsing in between. The stainless steel lid has already started to rust. The spout keeps clogging for no apparent reason, I have to move the lid to allow the water to drain out. After each filling it drips out of the spout, pretty dirty. Overall very disappointed with this product judging by the many positive reviews it has. Great ratings are very deceptive. It seems to come from a lot of people who just opened it for the first time and haven't used it. It's a good concept but poorly executed with cheap cheap materials. The price is too high due to cheap materials.
