I received the Omni Massage Roller, black/black. This is a full-size unit that feels pretty solid. I bought this because my chiropractor used it on my back a few weeks ago and it worked really well. I made sure to get the same brand as him to make sure it would last. Although it has a white base, it looks identical in every other way. It's over 10 years old and still works great so I'm confident in rating this 5 stars but I'll update if anything happens to me. It is very easy to use and you can use it over clothes or without clothes. No oils or lotions are required or recommended for this device. It rolls over the skin and can penetrate as deep as the pressure applied, producing very different sensations depending on the pressure. A light touch feels very comfortable and relaxing, bordering on the tickling (according to my daughter). Medium pressure is great for relaxing tight or sore muscles. You can also increase pressure on the target area by massaging trigger points. Because this device fits in your hand and has a flat base for your palm to rest on, you can easily apply more pressure by simply leaning over the device and letting your weight and gravity do the work! Of course this is a partner massage; However, if you don't have a partner around, you can still do everything from hamstring massage to neck massage to any other place you can reach with your hand.
