I ordered this mainly based on previous reviews I had read about what size bike it would effectively cover. I have a Harley-Davidson 2001 Ultra Classic that I just bought (see photo). The suitcase fits perfectly, even with all the extras and tour package. Haven't rated durability and weather resistance yet as I haven't had them long enough to rate them. I liked the idea from another review of adding a center sleeve at the bottom to attach a bungee cord to keep the lid strong in high winds. I would suggest if anyone plans to do this, buy a shim kit from a hardware store and get it right. This will likely void any product warranties, so do so at your own risk! I'll wait and see how it works before making any changes of my own. For me the price was very affordable compared to "genuine" products or even smaller but similar products. I am more than happy with the landing alone to recoup the time spent. The only thing I had to do to assemble it was bend the antennas (they are spring loaded) and tuck them under my backpack's rear rack.
