Perfect fit. I've read reviews that it's too loose for the iPad. I think it's meant for thicker coverage. I only have an Apple magnetic keyboard cover and matte skin sticker on my iPad, not a real cover. All I can do is place it on my keyboard, but there's no convenient place where it won't interfere when I open my iPad. So for me I just wrapped it around the entire iPad and covered it. This means I have to take it off every time I open my iPad, but since 90% of the time I plan to paint anyway, that's not a problem for me. It fits my pencil perfectly and fits snugly around it. I'm not afraid of the pencil falling out or the whole case slipping off my iPad just by carrying it in my hands (as I often do when walking around the office). The color goes perfectly with my Starry Night sticker that I received from Decalgirl. The material it is made of is very nice and feels very strong and sturdy. I love it and almost consider it a must-have for anyone who uses an Apple Pencil, especially if you carry your iPad around a lot. , only in the hands, not in a pocket or purse.
