My 3 month old is a drooling, spitting-up, adorable, wet mess. I had to change her outfit 5 - 6 times a day before I got in the habit of putting a bib on her, now I just have to change the bib 5 - 6 times a day and the outfit maybe twice. These muslin bibs soak up a LOT of moisture, so even though there's no waterproof backing it keeps her clothes pretty dry. The only issue is we go through so many in a day that a 10 pack might not be quite enough! I pop them in with our cloth diaper laundry because we wash those daily, and they get sanitized that way.They do seem to fit oddly when you first put them on, like they would be too tight, but the fibers relax quickly and you can shape the bib to sit under the chin easily. And the snaps are so much better than scratchy velcro.
