Too Small - Fantastic Customer Service
Too small. A bit difficult to hit, but once I did I noticed right away that it's too small. My cat weighs less than 6 pounds and is comfortable. There's not enough space in the back either, he peed on it so now I can't even get it back. Update: I originally wrote a review saying this doesn't fit my cat as it's too small. The seller has contacted me and apologized, offered a full refund and is in discussion with the manufacturer about sizing based on my feedback. Customer service was fantastic, they were very apologetic and offered me a refund while still keeping the product. .
