If you stuff this bag full, it doesn't go well with the way the strap attaches. Chemenway's review showed that the strap fastened at one end at the back and the other at the front. This is necessary to evenly distribute the weight. Because both attachments are on the back of the bag, it wobbles and you feel like it's about to detach from the load. I did not pay due attention to the photos provided by Baggallini. Chemenway's photo also shows an internal key hook which was not present in my version. When you stuff this bag full, it becomes difficult for you to dig in to get things. Someone said they don't know what the small zip pocket in the front of the zip is for. My phone fits in, but it's a little tight. If you plan to carry a lot of things, take a large bag with you. I would like to see this exact design, with a fixed strap, about 1 1/2 - 2 inches larger.
