Review on πŸ‘§ White Dress Girls by Kerri Edwardz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Enjoyable read!: my review

I really enjoyed this book. I'm 46, so I'm a long way from graduating from college and watching my friends get married and have kids. However, I found this book very funny. The characters were close to me. I saw myself and my college friends in the girls in this story. I agree with another reviewer who said it took an effort to remember which character was described in the next chapter, but I ended up loving each character for who they were. Read this book for a lighthearted look at the beginning of adulthood from a woman's perspective, and you won't be disappointed. I've read Jennifer Close's The Hopeful and found it full of wit and acumen in observing human behavior, but I liked this one better.

Pros
  • I LIKE THIS!
Cons
  • The ending wasn't very good, the plot was crumpled. Characters disappeared and were forgotten without explanation
