Bought this shirt after searching everywhere for a 100% cotton oxford shirt to wear over a tank top for outdoor sun protection. Apparently not too many manufacturers make them bigger - most of them tend to be "elastic" or "wrinkle resistant" meaning they have Lycra added or something. For casual wear, I buy men's shirts when I can because of my height and long arms. This medium sized, slim fitting shirt is roomy but not oversized - I have a 36C bust. The shirt looks just as well tailored as the Brooks Brothers shirts my dad gave me in the 70's. It comes out of the dryer soft and slightly wrinkled. I like it.
