Makes great espresso! I've tried a few espresso machines under $200, including the Stein, and they all shot dull shots, no crema, and were difficult to use. This Staresso is very easy to use, delivers the perfect shot every time, rich and smooth depending on the coffee and grind you use. I use a high quality organic dark roast that I grind to a fine grind myself, heat the water for this in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes, when not boiling I press it all the way, leaving the water in the flour for about a minute pull, then I'll take a shot. Love it. Made the perfect cappuccino in the hotel, you can't imagine anything better.
