Update 5-17-17: Rep noticed the one star rating, contacted me and sent me the missing one. It was fast and I would have given it 5 stars for the service but unfortunately the missing delivery was shorter and of a very different nature. But I don't care - I can always use it and as far as I understand it's over. I needed a mat long enough to go under both of my bikes and catch dirt or oil and it was the right size. I left it outside for 2 days and the smell was gone. The funny thing is I just realized it was advertised as 2 packs when I went to the review - only got one. That was 6 weeks ago and I also ordered another single mat which wasn't long enough for my needs so I missed the missing mat in that order. I was going to give it 4 stars but as there was a short circuit I downgraded it to 1.
