Quality assurance oversight?
The insole for the left boot was 1-2 sizes smaller than the boot itself. I was able to use the insole from my previous pair to get it working.
Pros
- Excellent product, conforms to the label. Easy out of the box, let's see how they hold up. Used for BP in cells.

- Shoes can be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time
