I took Nikon 18-105mm f / 3.5-5.6G AF-S ED DX VR as a replacement and was pleasantly surprised. Tamron turned out to be much more collected, sharper and at the same time cheaper. Autofocus is quiet, focuses quickly and clearly, the only thing in poor lighting can look for focus for a long time. Nikon focused faster, but often smeared. Because of this, many photos turned out to be unusable. Tamron has a much higher percentage of sharp photos. When buying, be sure to do a back / front test, I bought only the third copy, the first two fronts. From the purchase received only positive impressions. So take it, you won't regret it.
