NOT suitable for iPod touch 3rd generation!
Like almost all cases that say they work with 2nd and 3rd generation iPods, this one will NOT work with the 3rd generation product! The iPod rattles in its case because it's a slightly different size. But most importantly the lock button is CLOSED WITH PLASTIC as it is on the left on 2G and on the right on 3G! Conclusion: Buy with confidence if you have a 2G iPod, but DO NOT buy it for 3G.
