📱 Protect Your iPod touch 2G/3G with the Belkin Hard Shell Case (Clear) Review

I saw a colleague with a clear case for her iPod and went to Revain to find me one. The product arrived early and was easy to unbox and install. I preloaded my iPod and was ready to listen to music as soon as I installed the case. A protective film was also included!

Received my iPod touch 2nd generation yesterday. It fits well and snugly, but all ports are accessible. As long as I'm not constantly turning it on and off it will be tight I think, but if not a sticker, piece of clear tape or your name printed on a sticker from one of the machines should hold the 2 pieces together .

Like almost all cases that say they work with 2nd and 3rd generation iPods, this one will NOT work with the 3rd generation product! The iPod rattles in its case because it's a slightly different size. But most importantly the lock button is CLOSED WITH PLASTIC as it is on the left on 2G and on the right on 3G! Conclusion: Buy with confidence if you have a 2G iPod, but DO NOT buy it for 3G.

Great quality at a great price. Perfect for using leather underneath so you can protect it from scratches and also protect your iPod. Good fit and good protection. Not sure how good it will be for protection from "crazy slips and slides on concrete". I suppose it will scratch and protect the screen adequately, and that's pretty much what we want from them, right?
