cheap and easy for motor

I bought this mechanism to repair the passenger door of one of my clients cars (Golf 2008 2 doors). This product comes with no installation instructions, but it is INCREDIBLY easy to install. Removing the door panel and replacing this little guy shouldn't take more than 20 minutes. The dealer version costs over $200 so I think it's a hole in one.
