I dislike that it does not have a mobile app for the ease of use when you are out of the office. I would say that this is the most user friendly point of sale software available in the market today. The ability to customize your POS system to suit your needs is what makes this point of sales so great. This allows us to create multiple reports and customizations for our customers' needs.
