I love that this program allows me to keep track of my inventory in real time without any issues with slow computers. It has been easy to set up so far but can be confusing at first if you are not familiar with it (it is very different from other programs). The best part about this point of sale system is its ability to connect with other software such as an accounting program like Quickbooks. I dislike that it does not have a mobile app for the ease of use when you are out of the office. I would say that this is the most user friendly point of sale software available in the market today.
