Better than original dealer key fob
My 2012 Ram 1500 key fob stopped working and randomly turned on the remote start after the metal button domes wore out. I just took the chip out of my old key fob and put it in this one and it works much better. I don't have to worry about the domes coming off as they are mounted in a plastic sheet unlike the original. This is a lot cheaper than buying a new key fob along with the ignition switch from a dealer or locksmith. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!
