Broken after 3 months

HDMI connection no longer works after 3 months. But the support team is very well prepared to solve the problem. They responded almost immediately. Due to the low cost of the product and the high cost of shipping for repairs, a partial refund was given so I could purchase another one. My loss is less than sending it in for free repair. So I raised my rating from one star to three - an acceptable and fair deal.
