The back panel that was supposed to snap into place doesn't because it doesn't line up with the rails. I bought this one because it adjusts to the width of the bread. But the one I have can only make small loaves of bread because if you try to pin the backing to the sides while it's in the crumb tray, it won't line up and line up. So useless I had to get a cheap one. I have to return it or archive the slot for it to work. This still works for loaves less than 4 1/2 inches wide. She doesn't want anything else, too bad.
