I have bought 3 of these at the moment. I like the combination of a jar with a handle and a resealable lid. Love the product as many claim this little mug keeps your ice and drink COLD for hours. I spent a full 24 hours on the same homemade ice cream after multiple refills. For those of you who work in the heat, spend a lot of time outdoors, or just want a nice mug that keeps everything at the exact temperature you want, this mug is for you. I have some complaints. Not with the product but with the handling and delivery of these mugs. They appear to have had a significant drop in price and when RTIC only showed 4 or 5 of these in stock I quickly ordered and awaited the arrival of my second, having been very happy with my first purchase. I opened the box and took out my shiny new mug and as I took it out of the packaging I noticed there was a large dent at the bottom at the bottom. So I sent the damaged second order back and even told Revain the reason for my return. , and proceeded to order the 3rd. Hoping for the best, I got my new third mug a few days later and, you know, that one also has a dent on the side. For a $39 mug, I expect to receive my product with no dents or damage. So check your purchase carefully before you decide to keep it for yourself. Maybe they ran out of stock and are just trying to sell all the blemishes that didn't quite pass quality control. I'm keeping the last third and the dented cup because it still works and has all its parts, but next time I might order a different brand.
