This pan was purchased to replace what I thought was the same pan we had for many years. This old frying pan has been great for a long time. With so much use, it just got so uncomfortable that brushing just didn't help with all the stains. Anyway, this new one seems to be a bit cheaper. As another reviewer pointed out, it warps when it gets hot. Maybe not a big deal depending on what you're cooking. But I expected more from this brand. I've always had good experiences with Anolone so this is disappointing.
