Loose parts in the control panel and do not work!
When I received the package the box was a little damaged, I didn't think there was anything wrong until I unpacked the unit and two small nuts fell out when I was taking it out of the box. couldn't see where to go? Connected and working as it should. I installed the device today and it didn't work, moved it to reset the equalizer switch and the light is flashing but still off. so i give it a quick shake and something in the panel dangles and wiggles when i shake the device it flashes on and off while shaking so something is not properly connected. I'll call the manufacturer tomorrow and ask what they're doing? Will be updated with their performance on the matter.
