It sturdy. It's not that hard to assemble, pretty easy, me and my daughter put it together and we moved it around different shapes rectangle, square,circle and we both sat in it with my son. It pretty easy to move around and put it how you want. The suction cup on the bottom is helpful. I suggest watching the video is more helpful.
