Review on 🥣 Biscuits and Gravy - Freeze Dried Backpacking and Camping Food for 2 People by Dexter Rasberry

My wife is very picky about anything "processed" so when I brought this campsite I assumed I would be the only one eating it. To my surprise, my wife said it wasn't bad and ate a third with me. I'm a 5ft 7in 150 lb guy and have been working up an appetite hiking all day and boy hit the spot. It's light, the packaging isn't too hot, and it tastes damn good. Only criticism: I don't have a measuring cup with me and there doesn't seem to be a water fill line in the bag. I was able to find a camping mug in my stash that had a few markings (and a few google conversions) to get the correct water level. That being said, there were a few "cookie bits" that were a little crispier than you'd expect, even after standing for more than 15-20 minutes. However, it may have been a feature of giving you a cookie-crust mouthfeel as it didn't feel harsh or unhydrated.
