More convenient than my previous 70 ounce water bag. After filling, turn it upside down to suck out the air to avoid sloshing during use. The shoulder straps are wide and ventilated for more comfort. 70 ounces of water is enough for a half marathon in hot Arizona, and of course you can fill up less for a shorter run or a cooler place to carry less weight.
