Useless, doesn't even try to be functional

Wow, where do I start. First, while it doesn't say anything about the dimensions, it's extremely stiff and almost impossible to put on the handlebars. Although I finally managed to put it on, the following problems then arose: Mine only got warm in two places and not in 10 and 2 or other useful places. So it doesn't seem to be working. But the most restrictive? It includes a cord that is only 2 feet long. You literally can't turn the steering wheel when connected to it. It will take a few more yards of play to get it working.
