It's relatively easy to use, with an excellent interface that makes it very intuitive and user friendly for even new users of this product. The support team at Kip was responsive and helpful, but also fairly quick in getting things resolved as well. I think one thing that may be beneficial would be if there were more specific training videos available online or through some sort of community-based forum/website where people can ask questions and get answers from other users who are using the system currently. We're able to track patient visits, bill insurance companies, schedule appointments, etc.
