We loved the bed upon arrival! We have a calm one year old golden retriever. The bed was only used indoors. We bought the bed in March 2016. Based on the price and previous reviews we thought this would be a quality pet bed. However, after only three months of use, the bed is completely worn out. The zipper on the cover has snapped and the inner bedding is pretty flat and starting to unravel. I contacted Majestic Pet about a zipper issue. Majestic Pet's website states that they have a "White Glove Service". This was clearly not the case. I emailed asking for warranty assistance and even offered to buy a new cover if warranty wasn't available. I received no reply to the letter. I called several times to no avail and was told I just needed to buy a new bed! In the future I WILL NOT be selling Majestic Pet to my business nor recommending this brand to anyone.
