First of all size XL is HUGE! Suitable for my pup and I with lots of space! The fabric is durable. To be durable, the texture is comfortable. I would give the filling a rating of 90/100. I prefer foam that I can replace later. It is packed in a small box. My puppy Forest loves it. His bedtime is optional. Very happy with the purchase.

Superb quality and super comfort. My dogs loved it straight away. It is very well made and the cover is easy to remove for washing. It's so nice to have a comfortable place for the dogs while the family enjoys the great outdoors. The sun practically does not heat up, which is very pleasant. Definitely a really great dog bed. We love it.

Having several dogs in our home I have found that buying large beds keeps them from getting upset with each other. These beds are so easy to clean, remove the cover, gently wash in the washing machine and you're done. They definitely lose some volume (filling) over time, but are still worth every penny. My dogs love them and they have each lived in my house for over a year with two dogs sharing a bed.

Looks great but my dogs refuse to lie on it. Two labradors, not choosy, will lie down on anything but this bed. They literally prefer lying on hot, jagged rocks to this bed. This bed is very beautiful. I wanted to give my elderly dog a nice orthopedic bed but my architect husband found them too clumsy. This bed was amazing, or so I thought. In less than 2 months of use it flattened out in the middle where my lab is. Needless to say she is a tall girl so I ordered XL.
