I still love the product. **UPDATE** Okay, so I've come to the end of my first set of ear tips and bottom liners. NO HOLES! Damn genius! I must have forgotten that little feature. I just collected it and threw it in a bag. Wow, this makes my life so much easier. This thing is the best![Original]This tray is amazing. I watched the setup video (very important) and it was amazingly easy. I love the tower around the tray - it looks like a box and my cat loves boxes so he climbed right in! This tray also includes 60 inserts. something to make clean up easier because I absolutely hate scooping up poop; I used to accidentally throw trash everywhere when I couldn't get rid of the trash stuck to the sides of my drawer. Dust got in my face everywhere because I always had to bend over the box to do it. Now I don't have to deal with it anymore and it's kind of a dream. All I do is lift the corners of the top liner and I can just stand there while the liner does its job and filters out the sand. This is so much better than the sticky junk I spent a fortune on having to refill the litter box every time I cleaned it as the urine kept collecting in big clumps. Now I use Pretty Litter (non-clumping) and this Speedy Sift Tray and I save on litter costs and time. I like to flush poop down the toilet and just throw the pad away. it's easy because sometimes I move it around when the guests are upstairs. I'm thinking about getting an extra speed sifter for the top floor. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and glad I found this product! :)
