These paper straws are eco-friendly and appear to be very well made. I really like how they feel better than plastic straws. I plan to carry some in my purse because when I'm in restaurants I don't trust drinking glasses to be washed properly. A waitress at a restaurant recently told me that she wouldn't drink from a glass in most restaurants, but she personally knew that the glasses in her restaurant were clean and sterilized. This got me thinking that I could be eco-friendly and still protect myself from germs by carrying paper straws. In short, they are perfect for this purpose.
