I like that you can easily see which companies are currently looking to hire in your area through skillgig's platform as well how many candidates they have posted so far this month/quarter etc - all of these features make it really easy when sending CVs out! It has been difficult at times getting an acceptance from some employers but there were always valid reasons why things could not work with their business processes or culture fit issues between them & myself (even if we didn't know exactly what needed addressing).

The best part about working directly wth clients / recruiters via my profile page vs just using standard CV submission methods was something i definitely appreciated more than anything else while building up relationships within certain circles over time!
