. This feeder is just amazing. Initially I was determined to give 2 or 3 points as my balls got capped quite a bit. In fact, I even started putting the gravity bunker back on my Alpha Black once I realized what the problem was. The block I received just wasn't assembled properly, I'm not exactly sure how it passed quality control, but that's not the point. The solution was to simply tighten the Allen screw (there is only one) and the marker maintenance kit was the right size. So the 1 minute fix of an almost certain product return not only saved my day but also the reputation of this feeder, at least from my perspective. The ball has since been hacked. It's a very well designed device (provided it's dressed up properly) and works very well. I was really nervous as almost all the reviews were positive. I'm glad I found the problem and was able to fix it immediately and continue playing. Let's see how it holds up after a few thousand more balls.
