Review on VA2759-SMH ViewSonic Frameless Monitor, 1920X1080P, 60Hz, Anti Glare, IPS, LCD, HD by Pete Maier

For the price I was expecting a bit more quality overall. As many have pointed out, black is not perfect. I have clear light bleeding on the upper edge. However, I desperately needed a monitor that had the audio inputs and audio outputs I need, and many monitors in this price range don't have that. I'm using external audio so I can't comment on the speakers. The men's team could have been better. It's important for others to know that if you plan to use a VESA mount, which I do, the stand mount is already attached. It has a screw on top of the interface board. Remove that, then get ready to slap your hand away without damaging the monitor. Technically it goes in and out, and maybe it goes in fine, but not out. It helps to have a second person securely hold the monitor - remember you can't squeeze the screen at all. I have found that if you secure the monitor and lift your hand a little while pulling it out of its socket it will come out, but it still requires a lot more force than it should given the monitor's fragility. In terms of overall color and sharpness, flicker, blue light control, etc., this is a decent, maybe even good, monitor, but not a great one.
