Bought to complement the first aid kit. I'm often outdoors in remote locations that have very few resources for emergencies. Advantages: 1) They work! - I've used stretchy towels of this type in the past and they ripped or ripped when water was added. All three towels in my package were perfect! 2) Fantastic Size - Not only does the extended size match the product description, but this brand also offers multiple sizing options for every application you can think of. The dehydrated version's small size is a dream come true for those looking to save extra space when packing. 3) Light Color - With light colors they may also act as a "safety flag". signal to someone 4) unbeatable price - I couldn't find a seller that sells this type of towels at a lower unit price 5) biodegradable - there is nothing like a biodegradable product for the outdoor enthusiastic person. Practical and responsible = win/win. Cons: 1) not designed for many purposes - this is an obvious sacrifice you're making for all the other benefits you get, but it's important to note that you won't be using it for years (or even months). You can wash them and although the product is advertised as machine washable I would only hand wash them. Anyway, I usually use them once, but at this price you really lose NOTHING! Overall I would highly recommend these towels and will definitely be buying them again for years to come.
