I asked if they could be cut but got no answer so I bought them and tried them out and with some wire cutters and needle nose pliers it is possible and works well. The teeth are made of a metal similar to that used for jewelry or wire wrapping, making it easier to cut and bend into the desired shape. The flat bar holding the teeth is much stronger, so it's a little harder to cut. Once arrived, they make great decorations or veils. The only thing I noticed was that the tooth wire slipped off one end or the other when you tried to clench the teeth, although that was an easy fix. I found it was easier to sew my material to them than to plastic. They also didn't damage my scalp like some do. Good product!
