Despite all the work I've put in over the last 3 months this demolition pump continues to do a good job. The tip has good heat resistance, so you can put it directly on the joint. It's quite long and its click mechanism is quite thin, which sometimes makes it difficult to tell if it's locked or not. Its length also means it's perfect for working with rough circuitry rather than really thin material, although some care managed to separate some of the TSSOP pins. At less than $6, it's hard to beat for what it does.
