NOT fit for 2018 Ram 3500 though.
While other reviewers and Revain said it would work, it doesn't. I hate giving things back so I made a small change. The interior of the storage compartment is not exactly square/rectangular. So I cut out part of the top edge of the insert. Now it fits well. If you want it to fit the way it is, it won't fit. If you are familiar with a copy saw, you can make it work.
