Review on Sure Heat BWH10BFNG Manual Natural Gas Flame Heater, 10K BTU, Beige/Tan/Blue - Wall or Floor Mount by Elizabeth Sautner

Package arrived damaged, previously opened and re-taped. The box was dented and the corner of the heater was dented and scratched. The manual wasn't there so now I have to try to find and download it. The crate was also missing the screws to attach the legs to the heater, so we'll have to do that there as well. I DID NOT ORDER A USED ITEM AND I AM VERY DISSATISFIED that I received a used item. Used models were available for about $100 less, so I think that amount should be credited. Since we absolutely need a heater because it's very cold, we will install it if it doesn't work properly. I will send it back immediately.
